We spent a couple days visitng a friend of mine on the beach before going to the islands and while the weather was less than stellar, we still had a great time. After spending so much time up in the mountains, it was a welcome change to see so much wildlife and vegetation. Most of these pics are from our first day (today) at and near Puerto Ayora before we head out on the boat. Charles Darwin Center and Las Grietas were the main places.
